We use artificial intelligence tools to support the delivery of our services, including to assist with drafting summaries and analysis. We use ScoreApp (operated by ScoreApp Ltd) as a sub-processor to deliver interactive scorecards and assessments. Data submitted through ScoreApp tools is processed and stored within the EU in accordance with UK GDPR. A data processing agreement governs this relationship. AI-generated outputs are always reviewed by a human professional before any action is taken. No decisions about individuals are made solely by automated means.
The AI tools we use include Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT for drafting assistance. Personal data processed through these tools is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not use personal data to train third-party AI models.
Where feedback data contains sensitive or special category information, we apply additional controls before any AI tool is used to process it.
